program options
WPST offers a variety of programs for for riders looking to improve their technical skills, whether in the terrain park or all over the mountain. WPST is open to riders ages 8 and up who are confident on all blue-black terrain prior to joining the team. All riders are expected to adhere to the WPST CODE.
New for 2010/2011! WPST DEVO is now integrated into WPST and we have created a number of NEW program options including 1 and 2 day all-terrain programs, a full-time terrain park program, FLEX program and the Holiday Camp! Check out our detailed information on terrain park and all-terrain programs below!
All program fees include the Holiday Camp (December 29-31, 2010), optional fall dryland training and trampoline sessions, and a Winter Park/Mary Jane Season Pass. Contact the Competition Center for more details on dryland training and trampoline sessions. Copper and Steamboat have upgrades available through the season pass office at the following rates:
Copper (unlimited): $100 for 13 & up; $60 for 12 & under.
Steamboat (6 days): $100 for 13 & up; $50 for 12 & under.
These are competitive programs for those wanting to focus on terrain park riding and competitions. Most training days will be spent in any of Winter Park Resort's six terrain parks. Participants must be comfortable on all resort terrain and want to focus primarily on terrain park riding skills. NEW! full-time terrain park program
This program is reserved for those athletes who have demonstrated a high level of commitment to USASA competitions and exhibit the drive to pursue high level competitive events such as the USSA Revolution Tour and USSA Grand Prix series. Contact the Competition Center for more details.
Ages: 10 & up; all athletes must be approved by WPST Head Coach and Program Director.

*Program fees include transportation from Middle Park High or Middle School to Winter Park Resort for Wednesday training.

A flexible program offering 16 days of coaching on any normal coaching day between December 3, 2010 and March 6, 2011. This program is idea for families who have other obligations that make it difficult to commit to one day each week for an entire season, as required by our other programs. You will need to submit a regular Competition Center Registration Packet and the WPST Flex Program: schedule selection form

Program fees: $1200 before 10/15 | $1300 after 10/15 for returning families.

This program is for snowboarders who want to ride a variety of terrain instead of focusing on terrain parks, or for those who need to further develop their all terrain riding ability prior to beginning a terrain park program.
